Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Prepaid Orders:

- Return, refund, and exchange services are available only for prepaid orders under the following conditions:
- Refunds or returns will only be processed if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
- Refund usually takes 3-7 Days to be credited to the souce account.

Exchange Policy (Prepaid Orders Only):

- Exchanges are allowed only for the same dress in case of damage or size issues.
- Customers are advised to use the size chart for accurate measurements before purchasing.
COD Orders:

- Customers who place Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can raise a return request only in the case of a damaged item, under the following conditions:
- A complete unboxing video must be provided as proof.
- The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the product is found to meet the required conditions during a quality check, the return will be accepted, and the issue will be resolved.
- We will initiates the refund by collecting the customer's bank details, such as their bank account number and IFSC code, or their UPI ID after verification of the returned item.
- Customers who place Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can raise a return request only in the case of a damaged item, under the following conditions:
Unboxing Video Requirement:

- A complete unboxing video of the package is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request for both Prepaid and COD orders.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product inside.
Request Timeline:

- Requests for return, refund, or exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Condition of the Product:

- For exchanges, the product must be returned in the same courier bag and in its original condition, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Quality Check: Returned or exchanged products will undergo a quality check. If the product does not meet the required conditions, the request will be denied.
Exceptions and Updates
- At present, we do not offer exchanges for color, style, or preference changes.
- These facilities may be introduced in the future, and our policy will be updated accordingly.
Note on Color Variations
- Please note that color variations may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, and device screens.
- This is a common occurrence, and we do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges based on color variations for both Prepaid and COD orders.
